Information you choose to share
The review form collects your name, email, optional telephone number, property address, city, ZIP code, any selected situation, and an optional message. It records your separate call, text, and marketing email permissions, your acknowledgement of this Privacy Policy, the page source, campaign tags supplied in the link, consent-text version, and submission time. Your hosting provider may also process technical information such as IP address and request logs for delivery, security, and spam prevention.
How the information is used
The brokerage uses this information to respond to your property-review request, evaluate relevant real estate next steps, maintain contact preferences, and identify which outreach brought an inquiry. Submitting requests an email response about your property review. Calls, texts, and ongoing marketing emails each require a separate optional permission. These permissions start unchecked. Acknowledging this Privacy Policy does not grant marketing permission.
Service providers and sharing
The form is processed through Netlify. Authorized hosting, communications, scheduling, and record-management providers may process information for the brokerage when those services are configured. Information may also be disclosed as required by law or to protect rights and security. This page does not include advertising pixels or third-party audience tracking. Call, text, and email opt-in information is not provided to third parties for their own marketing.
Calculator and sensitive information
The guide’s closing-gap calculator runs in your browser. Its amounts are not stored or sent with the contact form. Do not submit Social Security numbers, loan account numbers, tax returns, bank statements, or other sensitive financial documents through this site.
Your choices
You can request a property-review response without agreeing to calls, texts, or ongoing marketing emails. Each permission can be granted or revoked independently. Revoke a permission or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing david@daviddmcelroy.com or calling 817-966-9495. If text messages are enabled and you receive one, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in an email or contact the brokerage. Necessary records may be retained for legal obligations or to honor your contact restrictions.

External sites have their own privacy practices. No internet transmission is risk-free. Share only the basic details needed for an initial review. This service is intended for adults considering real estate decisions.
